For mig at se,er du ude på et drev, hvor det kan være svært at at komme tilbage til den virkelighed vi lever i. Man kan ikke på normal vis erindre sin tid i fosterstadie, eller erindre selve fødselen. Læs om selve det at være gravid, og derefter fødselen. Da jeg regner med at du er en dreng, som er ude i en eller anden form for krise, så mener jeg bestemt du ville få glæde af at opsøge din læge. Og hånden på hjertet, så kan du ikke med den bedste vilje sætte dig ind i en graviditet eller fødsel, da du åbenbart er hankøn. In addition to being at the centre, as it were, of public and parliamentary debate, the embryo is literally becoming more visible, somewhat like the foetus, now rising above the horizon of its former invisibility to become, if not yet iconic, a powerful 21st century visual image.
For example, the embryo is beginning to make appearances within the mass media in brand images, in advertisements, in news programmes, and in various other contexts.
As well as images of fertilised eggs and human embryos, images of embryo manipulation in the form of microinjection imagery have become more visible: a clubwear t-shirt, the front page of a national newspaper, in hospital promotional literature. In sum, the embryo has become a more central figure – legally, visually, and culturally – in what might be called the public reproductive imagination".

First, all such systems are based on the contextually rooted knowledge of human experts, and ways must be found to do justice to the different perspectives and background knowledge of different communities of specialists.
One approach to creating more adequate and more robust systems is to develop realist ontological theories of the medical domain like that put forward in “Sixteen Days”. For this purpose, of course, the theory of “Sixteen Days” would itself have to be embedded within a much richer ontological framework.
Thus it would ideally have to have the resources to sustain not merely an anatomical ontology at the level of organs within the structure of the human body, but also cell, gene and molecule ontologies at successively finer resolutions. It would have to sustain also classifications of processes at different resolutions, including the chemical and biological processes taking place inside the body.
